To assist project participants looking for a convenient, timely and cost-effective review of both baseline schedules and schedule updates, CSA offers a fixed-fee program to provide this service.  CSA will perform a detailed analysis and provide an exhaustive report detailing schedule quality, metrics and an executive overview.  This will help affirm the veracity of the project plan, validate the progress data provided in schedule updates, and uncover potential conflicts that may affect the proper determination of compensable delays and time extensions.
