Forensic Schedule Analysis

Construction schedules are the tool of choice, often required by the contract documents, for use in support of time extension request and to demonstrate compensable delays. Over the years, a number of forensic methodologies have evolved for this purpose, but often are subject to bias and sometimes mis-use. CSA can review and analysze time-extension and impacted schedules submitted by contractors for conformance to specification requirements as well as recommended practices developed by AACE, including RP-29R-03 Forensic Schedule Analysis.
CSA can also independently perform and prepare project delay analyses.
