Schedule consulting

CSA offers a variety of consulting services, including development of schedule specifications for owners; project planning and scheduling for contractors; scheduling software selection, implementation and training; development of recovery schedules; management of integrated master schedules for large programs; and integration of schedule management and project controls.

Schedule review and analysis service

Review baseline schedules for quality, structural soundness, optimum use of work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity codes, overall organization, applicable use of calendars, proper use of relationships, proper implementation of cost and resource loading, and generally recognized best practices. Review contractor-submitted schedule updates for proper procedures and update practices, identify problem areas, verify and approve progress payment cost loading and address issues dealing with potential time impacts.
